PandaChat Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and PandaChat when you use pandachat.cam. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past, and they’re shorter than most. By using the site, including as a guest, you agree to them. If something is unclear, ask us at [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher. The laws where you live also have to permit you to use a site like this. If you aren’t, please don’t use the site.
You can only use PandaChat for yourself. Don’t share a session or account with someone else, and don’t use it on behalf of a business to sell or advertise anything.
PandaChat matches you at random with another person for a one-on-one call by video, voice or text, which you choose on the match screen. It also has a Who’s online list, profiles with message and video buttons, follows, a message list and a Live section where you can watch one person on camera, chat in the room, send gifts and start a 1v1 call from the room. Users can’t start a live stream of their own.
We work to keep all of this running, but we can’t promise the service will always be available, that every call will connect, or that you’ll like the person you’re matched with. We add, change and retire features over time.
You can report or block anyone from their profile. Reports go to the team for handling. If we decide that someone has broken these terms, we may warn them, limit what they can do, suspend them or close their access to PandaChat, with or without notice, depending on how serious it is.
We may also remove content that breaks these terms and, where the law requires, pass information to the authorities.
PandaChat is free to start. New users get free matches, and the site may offer more as rewards from time to time. How many free matches there are, and which rewards appear, can change without notice.
Once free matches are used up, further matching uses coins. Coins are also used for gifts in Live rooms and for some other features shown in the app. You can buy coins in the wallet, and there’s an optional VIP membership whose current details are shown before you buy.
Buying coins gives you the right to spend them on PandaChat features; they aren’t money you own. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be moved to another person or service, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Outside payment companies handle the actual payment, under their own terms.
What you say, show or write on PandaChat remains yours. You give us permission to handle it as needed to run the service: to deliver your messages, show your profile, and look into reports. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you share.
The people you meet are other users, not PandaChat. We aren’t responsible for what they say or do, though we act on reports when they break these terms. Take care with what you share, and leave any call that doesn’t feel right.
As far as the law allows, PandaChat is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
You can stop using PandaChat whenever you like; clearing the site from your browser ends your guest session on that device. To ask for your profile and personal information to be removed, write to us. We can end or limit your access if you break these terms.
In a Live room, one person is on camera and everyone else watches. You can post messages in the room chat, send gifts paid for with coins, and use the button in the room to ask for a one-on-one call. The same rules about respect apply in the chat as on a private call, and a gift doesn’t entitle you to anything beyond the gift itself.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Check the date at the top to see when it last changed. If you keep using PandaChat after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
