How do I get in touch with PandaChat?

By email, at [email protected]. It’s the one address for everything: coins, account questions, a problem with someone you met on a call, a camera that won’t start, or an idea you’d like us to hear. There’s no form to fill in and no ticket number to wait for.

Write in plain English and don’t worry about getting the wording right. A short, specific email gets sorted faster than a long, careful one, so it’s fine to send three lines and a screenshot.

Questions about your account or coins

If a coin purchase didn’t show up in your wallet, something about VIP looks wrong, or a reward you were offered didn’t land, tell us roughly when it happened and what you saw on screen. If the purchase went through a payment provider, the receipt or reference it gave you helps us find it.

For the general questions, such as what’s free, when coins come in and what they’re used for, the page on whether PandaChat is free probably answers it before we could.

A problem with a person on a call

If someone was rude, pushy or made you uneasy, the fastest step happens inside the site, not in your inbox: hang up, open their profile, and use Block, Report or both. Report lets you pick the reason that fits, and blocking keeps them away from you.

Email us as well when a report needs more context than the options allow, for example if the same person keeps turning up under different names, or if someone asked you for money. Include their display name and the time it happened. Our page on staying safe on a call covers what to keep off camera in the first place.

A technical problem

Calls run in your browser, so most technical trouble is about the browser, the camera or the connection rather than PandaChat itself. The fixes that solve most “my video won’t start” cases, with where the permission switches live on each device, are covered by the device questions in our FAQ; if none of them work, write in with your device and browser.

What should you put in your email?

Enough for us to picture what happened without writing back to ask. That usually means four things: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, roughly when, and which phone or computer and browser you were using. A screenshot of any error message is worth more than a paragraph describing it.

  • What you tapped and what you expected: “I pressed Start a call on my iPhone and the screen stayed black.”
  • The time and your time zone, so we can match it to what we see.
  • Your device and browser: “Pixel 7, Chrome” or “MacBook, Safari”.
  • For a person: their display name, and what they said or did.
  • For coins: the amount and any receipt or reference from the payment.

Please don’t send passwords, full card numbers or ID documents. We never need them to help you, and email isn’t the place for them.

What can support help with?

Coins that didn’t arrive, a reward that didn’t appear, a profile you want removed, a person you need to report in more detail, a bug that keeps happening, a page on this site that says something wrong. If it’s about PandaChat, it belongs at the support address.

What support can’t do is tell you who someone is, where they live or how to reach them outside the site. We keep people’s details to ourselves, yours included. And if you just want to know how a screen works, how PandaChat works is quicker than waiting for a reply.

Should you report or email?

Report first, from the person’s profile, whenever something happened on a call. It’s quicker, it’s attached to the right account, and you can block them at the same moment. Email when a report needs more explanation than the options give you, or when the problem isn’t about a person at all.

Plenty of questions are already answered elsewhere. The PandaChat FAQ collects the short ones about guests, devices and frozen video, and the Panda Video Chat home page is where to go back to when you’re ready for another call.

Getting in touch, quickly answered

What is the PandaChat support email?

It’s [email protected]. The same address handles coins, account questions, reports that need more detail, technical problems and feature ideas.

Is there a contact form or a chat with support?

No. Email is the only way to reach support, which means there’s no form to fill in. Write to [email protected] from any email account.

How do I report someone right away?

Hang up, open their profile and use Report, choosing the reason that fits. Block is right next to it if you’d rather not hear from them again. Email support as well if the report needs more explanation.

Can I ask for my profile to be removed?

Yes. Email [email protected] from the address you’d like us to reply to, say which profile you mean, and we’ll explain what happens next.

Do I need an account to email support?

No. Guests can write in too. Just describe what happened and the device you used, so we can find the right session.
