PandaChat Privacy Policy
PandaChat (also written Panda Video Chat) lets you make random one-on-one calls with people you haven’t met, right in a browser. To do that, the site has to handle a certain amount of information about you and your device. This policy explains what that is, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

Everyone who uses pandachat.cam, whether you visit once as a guest, add the site to your home screen, or come back every week. A guest session begins the first time the site loads, because matching can’t work without one, so this policy applies from that moment.
When we say “PandaChat”, “we” or “us”, we mean the team that runs pandachat.cam.
Video, voice and text calls travel between you and the other person through our service so that the connection can be made. We use the technical information about a call, such as when it started, how long it lasted and whether it connected, to keep matching working and to look into problems and reports.
Remember that the person on the other end can see and hear whatever you share, and could capture it with another device. Our safety page has practical advice on what to keep off camera.
We don’t sell your personal information. A few kinds of companies help us run PandaChat and handle information on our behalf: hosting and network providers, payment providers for coin and VIP purchases, and tools that help us measure how the site performs. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect someone from harm, for example if a report suggests a person is in danger.
People you call see and hear what you share on the call. Anyone browsing Who’s online or opening your profile can see your display name, profile photo and the details you’ve added. People you follow don’t see your messages to someone else, and blocking someone stops them from reaching you through the site.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: to run your session or account, to deal with reports and disputes, to keep payment records, and to meet legal requirements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it or remove what ties it to you.
PandaChat is only for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that’s higher. We don’t set out to collect anything from younger people. If you think a minor is using the site, please email us and we’ll act on it.
When the site changes in a way that affects your information, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make it visible on the site as well.
